Des founded Alchemy Event Management in 2003.
Before this he spent 10 years planning and buying media with the likes of Universal McCann, RTE and Communicorp.
Organising events has been running in his blood since his first birthday when he insisted on white chocolate buttons to save on cleaning up afterwards. Des is an avid Leinster fan and loves swimming in the Irish Sea… on Christmas Day.
Ben joined Alchemy in 2013. He has an extensive range of experience working in events, both indoors and out. From festivals and concerts, conferences, corporate re-brands, sporting events & awards ceremonies Ben has worked across a huge number of events.
He is detail and solution orientated and enjoys seeing a job well done.
Ben holds qualifications in music management, live production, festival management, and sound production. His current interests outside of events include cooking, travel, music and Brazilian jiu jitsu.
Cassie joined the Alchemy team in 2016. She has a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Event Management and has previous experience with large scale events from time working abroad in California.
She is passionate about the events industry and enjoys researching the new and current trends of this ever growing market.
Outside of work Cassie enjoys to travel and to keep fit!
